Conditions/予約条件
*30% of the total is due at the time of booking.
*The balance is due no less than 6 weeks before arrival.
*Balance (when it is about a tenancy of more than 3 days and/or for
more than 2 persons) is paid to arrival as well as a 350-euro deposit (in
cash) which is agreed made to the day of departure if everything goes
well.
*For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is due
with confirmation of booking.
*Stay of long last has consult us.

*到着6週間前のキャンセルの場合，デポジットはキャンセル費用となります．
*6週間をきったご予約の場合，全額払込みにより予約成立となります．
*一ヶ月以上の滞在はご相談ください。
*保証金は350ユーロ、出発の折にアパート・チェック後返金となります。
*アパートは1名から4名まで可能です。
Equipment／設備
*Electricity and water service fee all-in。
*Sheet and towel。
*Television and free Internet access
*Kitchen equipping such as cleaner, microwave oven, washing machine, oven,
and tableware
*One cleaning a week in case of stay for one week or more.
*The sheet and the towel are exchanged. once a week(It is possible to add
it by the request at any time. )
*Please bring slippers and the bathroom amenity.
*The apartment must be checked out thoroughly to the arrival.

*テレビ、フリー･インターネット･アクセス。
*掃除機、電子レンジ、洗濯機、オーブン、食器など台所用品完備。
*一週間以上の滞在の場合は、週一度のお掃除込み。
*シーツ、タオルは週一度交換されます。（リクエストでいつでも追加交換も可能。）
*スリッパ、バスルーム・アメニティーはご持参ください。
*出発の折は、到着された時と同じ状態でチェックアウトされてください。
